LAX PLUS 2024 
HEAD COACH- Mackenzie Paolini (Former Springfield College player and Head Coach at Granby High School, MA) Mackenzie was a standout player for Springfield College and graduated with a Physical Education certification. As a captain at Springfield, she helped to lead the Springfield College lacrosse team to a conference championship and an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament in 2012. Mackenzie has a masters degree in Adapted Physical Education and is currently teaching as an adapted physical education specialist in the Western MA area. Mackenzie also coached lacrosse at Granby High School.
 
LAX PLUS 2025 
Ciara Dudeck (Lax Plus Alum and Former Player at Union College) 
Ciara is a former lacrosse player at Union College and a also is a Lax Plus Alum. Ciara recently completed her masters in Social Work at Springfield College and is now a full time social worker in the public schools.

Jill Kowalik: (Former Head Coach at Post University (DII and former player at Central Conn State Univ) Jill has coaching experience at the DII level and also high school coaching experience at Northwest Catholic (HS level). She played at Central Conn State University and currently is a technology teacher at the middle school level in CT. Jill has a masters degree in technology and is a certified teacher.

LAX PLUS 2023 Grey                                                                                                                                    Ashley Piper (Former player at Central Conn State University and current Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at Springfield College.
Ashley was as DI midfielder at Central Conn State University. She recently completed her masters degree at Central in exercise Science. She worked three years with Central's athletes in Strength and Conditioning. Ashley works for a training facility in Southington CT and also recently coached at Northwest Catholic. Ashley is a Lax Plus alum.

LAX PLUS 2022 Black                                                                                                                                          Heather Dobson: (Former Assistant Coach at Wesleyan University (DIII and former player at Springfield College) Heather played at Springfield College and was a college assistant at Nationally Ranked Wesleyan University. Heather is teacher certified and graduated Springfield College with a degree in Physical Education. She completed two master degrees and currently is a Special Education teacher in Agawam, MA.

LAX PLUS 2022 Grey                                                                                                                                        Amy Tiernan: (Former Umass Women's Lacrosse player and Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at Springfield College) Amy is a former lacrosse player at Umass.  Amy recently completed her masters in Social Work at Springfield College and is now a full time social worker.

LAX PLUS 2022 White Christa Morrison (Former player at Mercyhurst (DII) and current Assistant Coach at Springfield College.
Christa was a standout player at Mercyhurst and helped lead this DII program to be conference champions, nationally ranked and successful in the NCAA tournament. Currently Christa works with the defenders and draw specialists at Springfield College.

HEAD COACH-Marci Mullady (Northwest Catholic High School) 
Marci is currently a coach of the 2012 CT Class S State Champions, Northwest Catholic High School. She is highly involved with lacrosse in CT and coaches at Sportsworld in East Windsor, CT. Marci graduated from Springfield College, where she was a member of the lacrosse team.  She is a certified Special Education teacher in East Hartford CT and recently completed her administration certification for the state of CT.

Lax Plus is proud to announce the 2017 fall goalie training program will now be headed by former Yale Assistant Coach and current Head Coach at American International College, Ashley Casiano Ashley is entering her second season as the head women's lacrosse coach at AIC. Casiano joins AIC after spending the 2014-15 seasons as the assistant coach at Division I, Ivy League, Yale. During her time with the Bulldogs, Casiano worked extensively with the goalies. Casiano attended Division I Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. as a student-athlete where she excelled both on the field and in the classroom. She was twice named to the Metro Atlantic All-Conference second-team as a goalkeeper during her junior and senior seasons. Casiano was also named to the MAAC All-tournament team during her freshman and senior seasons as well as being an All-Academic team member.

Casiano currently sits tied for first in career wins with 22 and is third in goals against average (11.20) while being fourth in both saves (491) and save percentage (.448) in the Red Foxes' career record books.
