**Players should plan to meet their coach by their game field 45 minutes prior to the start of the game. Unless you have an 8am game (30 minutes early)

Players should wear their Lax Plus reversible and shorts
Remember to bring all lacrosse equipment (stick, goggles, mouth guard, plenty of water)
