is one of the top premier girls' lacrosse clubs for grades 3-12 in the Greater Hartford, and Western Massachusetts areas. Lax Plus began in 2006 with the vision of individual player and team development for local youth and high school programs, as well as providing an avenue for players to compete at the collegiate level. The club is directed by Springfield College Head Coach, Kristen Mullady, and former UConn All-Big East, Defensive Player, Melissa Nord. We pride ourselves on our extensively qualified youth and high school coaching staff, as well as our top-notch tournament schedule, and program-wide curriculum.
Through exposing our players to elite level competition and coaching, we continuously challenge players both physically and mentally to strive for personal excellence!

Lax Plus is proud to announce some new additions to their goalie training staff. The goalie training program will now be head by long-time Lax Plus coach, Rachel Tringali. Tringali graduated from Monmouth University in 2000 where her senior year she ranked 3rd in the nation in assists per game and still holds the record for 104 assists in a collegiate career. She also holds records for overall career points and number of goals. Since college, Rachel has coached at Davidson, Central Connecticut State University, and Springfield College where she has specialized in both attack and goalie training. During her time as the Interim Head Coach at Springfield College, Rachel lead the team to an 11-5 record and post-season play for the third straight year.
Assisting Rachel with goalie training will be current Springfield College goalie, Gabby Anderson. Gabby worked closely with our former goalie training specialist April Pollock. Gabby lead her Springfield team to an impressive 17-2 record during the 2015 season which placed them in the top 20 for DIII Women's Lacrosse programs. Gabby received First Team All-Conference and All-Region honors, as well as was ranked nationally as one of the top goalies in college lacrosse.
