Mental Performance Workshops
Lax Plus Club believes that building mental performance is just as important as skill development.
Our goal is to work with our athletes to enhance performance and overall enjoyment of the game. Mental Performance Workshops will focus on different mental skills that the players can continue to practice and develop throughout the fall season. Lax Plus athletes have the option to join group workshops or contact us to schedule a time to work individually on these concepts and their performance!!
We aim to provide open discussion topics at these workshops as well as tying in different activities to apply what we learn/teach!
Fall Mental Performance Workshops are held Sundays before practice 3:15 - 3:45pm.
(Sign ups are not requred for these workshops. Just show up!)
